Installation and Authentication Instructions
General Software Requirements
SportsMetriX applications are internet enabled Windows-based packages. You must have a Windows operating system and you must have a C:\ hard drive for the executables to be installed.
Sports Ranker and Basketball Scout-FAN version must have an internet connection! Basketball Scout-COACH does not require an internet connection.
When running the software, the Menu must remain open at all times for the software to execute.

Once you purchase the software and databases, you will be linked to a site where the software will be automatically downloaded and installed on your computer in your C:\Program Files\Sportsmetrix directory. Although both Sports Ranker and Basketball Scout will be downloaded, only the software and databases you purchase can be executed.
You should receive an email receipt of your purchase from PayPal.
Try to open one of the SportsMetriX applications. The software will display a Password in the Authentication Lock window.
Please forward your email receipt to email@example.com.
You must include your Password, Name, Phone Number, Email, and Zip code – and school name if you are a coach.
Once your payment has cleared, we will respond via email with your Key Code within 24 hours.
Once you receive your Key Code,
· Open the software to display the Authentication Lock window (if it is not already open).
· Type your Key Code into the designated area of your Authentication Lock window.
· Click on the Unlock SportsMetriX Software button.
If the software closes, simply re-open the software again and it will be unlocked.
